Tour the facility (9:00am – 12:00pm and 3:30pm – 5:00pm) Complete the Full Day Enrollment Application. Mail the completed application along with a check or money order for the applicable Registration Fee to: CHALK Preschool 2840 N. Lincoln Ave Chicago, IL 60657 Upon receipt of Enrollment Application and Registration Fee you will be contacted to discuss admission options. Once a spot is offered the first month’s tuition must be paid within two weeks to secure the spot. After the first month’s tuition is paid an appointment must be made by the parents/guardians to review the Enrollment Forms, Family Handbook and other applicable policies/practices. On your child’s first day of Preschool the last month’s tuition is due.

Note: CHALK Preschool accepts Enrollment Applications on a year round basis. Admission into CHALK Preschool based on application date, desired days, flexibility of days, and date registration fee is received.
